Concourses Docs

Short reference for everyone using the RFP catalog.

What is Concourses?

Concourses is the unified RFP catalog for airport concessions across 128 North American airports. We consolidate every solicitation into one feed and forecast anticipated RFPs so business-development teams never miss a window.

  • One feed across F&B, retail, duty-free, lounges, and master-developer packages.
  • Deadline alerts via email or Slack — daily, weekly, or per-match.
  • Airport-level operator context — who currently operates where, publicly known footprint.
  • Anticipated RFP forecasting with confidence ratings and source URLs.
  • Airport contacts — Concessions Directors, VPs, Managers — across every covered hub.

Anticipated RFPs explained

Anticipated rows are pre-solicitation forecast entries — we believe an RFP is coming based on contract-expiry tracking, terminal-build pipelines, and public capital plans. They appear with an amber "Anticipated" pill on /rfps.

  • High confidence — contract expiry confirmed by airport disclosure or public award doc.
  • Medium confidence — derived from cycle length and known incumbent term.
  • Low confidence — directional only; no public term data yet.

Each anticipated row links to its source and shows expected RFP date plus current incumbent.

Setting up alerts

Visit /alerts to create a saved search. Pick filter criteria (sub-category, authority, status), choose a frequency, and add an optional Slack webhook for team channels.

  • Per-match — alerts fire as soon as a matching RFP lands.
  • Daily digest — one rollup email each morning.
  • Weekly digest — Monday rollup of the prior week's matches.

Edit any alert with the pencil icon on the /alerts row.

Sharing RFPs

Every RFP has a public permalink at /rfp/{id} and every airport at /authority/{code}. Use the "Copy link" button on detail pages to grab a shareable URL. Each link auto-generates a branded preview card with title, deadline, and sub-category for Slack / LinkedIn / email.
