- One feed across F&B, retail, duty-free, lounges, and master-developer packages.
- Deadline alerts via email or Slack — daily, weekly, or per-match.
- Airport-level operator context — who currently operates where, publicly known footprint.
- Anticipated RFP forecasting with confidence ratings and source URLs.

Anticipated RFPs explained
Anticipated rows are pre-solicitation forecast entries — we believe an RFP is coming based on contract-expiry tracking, terminal-build pipelines, and public capital plans. They appear with an amber "Anticipated" pill on /rfps.
- High confidence — contract expiry confirmed by airport disclosure or public award doc.
- Medium confidence — derived from cycle length and known incumbent term.
- Low confidence — directional only; no public term data yet.
Each anticipated row links to its source and shows expected RFP date plus current incumbent.
