Concourses Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Concourses, LLC ("Concourses", "we") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use concourses.app. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect

The Service also displays information about airport and agency staff, concessionaires and bidders that public bodies have published, such as names, titles and business contact details in solicitations and board records. We show these as part of public procurement records.
2. How we use information.
To run and secure the Service; to send the alerts you choose by email; to match forwarded notices to solicitations; to understand and improve how the Service is used; to respond to you; and to meet legal obligations. We use usage data in aggregate to improve the Service, not to sell or target advertising.
2A. Forwarded emails.
When you forward an email to your Concourses forwarding address (shown in your settings), Concourses, LLC receives the whole message: its text, attachments, headers, and the names and contact details of the sender and other recipients. Resend, our email service provider, receives it on our behalf. We use it only to find and add solicitations to the Service. The email itself is visible only to Concourses staff, not to you, your organisation or other users. If an attachment is a public solicitation document, we may attach it to that solicitation, where members can see it. We do not share forwarded emails with other users, and we do not use them to contact or market to the people named in them. We keep them as set out in section 5, and you can ask us to delete any of them sooner by emailing concourses.app@outlook.com.
3. Cookies and analytics.
We use cookies and similar tools that are needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. We keep a log of in-app activity in our own database. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may stop the Service from working.
4. How we share information.
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host, store, send email, or process payments for us, under contracts that limit their use of it (currently Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, file storage and sending email; Cloudflare for delivery; Resend for receiving forwarded emails; Microsoft (Outlook) for our contact mailbox; and Render for collecting public source documents);
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
- A buyer or successor if Concourses is merged, acquired or sells its assets.
5. Retention.
We keep account and usage data while your account is open and for 90 days after it closes, then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires longer. Forwarded emails are kept while your account is open unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Security.
We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
7. Your choices and rights.
You can update account details in settings, change alert settings or unsubscribe at any time, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing concourses.app@outlook.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or other US states with privacy laws, or Canada), you may have additional rights; we will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
8. Children.
The Service is for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Location.
We are based in the United States. Our database and stored files are hosted in the United States (our hosting provider's AWS us-east-2 region in Ohio). Our application runs on Cloudflare's global network, so a request may be handled at the Cloudflare location nearest to you. Our other service providers may process information in the United States or in other countries.
10. Changes.
We will post updates here with a new date and tell you about material changes by email or in the Service.
